About the Picnic
The MMA Annual Picnic is one of our most beloved traditions. It's a full day in the park with homestyle Kerala food, outdoor games, sports, and plenty of time to catch up with old friends and make new ones.
Whether you just moved to Minnesota or you've been coming to MMA events for years, the picnic is where everyone feels welcome.
What's on the Menu
Expect Kerala favorites prepared by our community volunteers. Potluck contributions are welcome but not required. Come hungry.
Games & Activities
- Volleyball and cricket matches
- Tug-of-war and relay races
- Kids' games and activities area
- Musical chairs, lemon and spoon race, and more
- Open lawn for families to relax and socialize
Good to Know
- Outdoor games and sports equipment provided
- Bring sunscreen, lawn chairs, and blankets
- Parking available at the venue
- Rain date will be announced if needed
Bring your family, bring a dish to share if you'd like, and come ready for a great day out.
